No marketing texts: We do not use this or any other number to send marketing or promotional text messages.

SMS consent (explicit opt-in): We only send SMS text messages to customers who have explicitly opted in (for example, by checking the SMS opt-in box on our web form). Consent to receive SMS is not required to request service. If you do not opt in to SMS, we can communicate by phone or email instead.
